Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. This is the first time all week I have had a free second. I did try the dishwasher detergent and I like it pretty good. Its very quick to make and saves lots, but you have to be careful not to put to much in because it could leave a film on your dishes. In its favor though I have had that problem with the store bought kind too. Just be careful, if you don't use to much you should be fine. Also a rise aid would be good. You can use vinegar in your rinse aid, but I absolutely hate the smell of vinegar, but it is an awesome cleaner and rinse aid, some people love it, so you could try it. I tried it, and my dishes did not smell like it at all, but I could smell it when I would open the dishwasher and I just don't like it.

All you do to make it is add 2 cups borax to 2 cups baking soda and 4 packs koolaid lemonade and mix it up really well. Put in a sealed container, I used jar I had, and put a 2 tbl scoop in it. Use 2 tbl per load and you are good to go. Very simple. This has been the easiest of all my homemade stuff so far. Well Natalie is having a moment so I have to go.
