how long has it been?

Really it has been too long since my last post. So much has went on from my last post till now i don't even know where to start. How about our working status. Well the hubby has got a new job working 3rd shift, which takes a little adjustment for the both of us. Lets just say I do a lot of reading to keep me company. I have to admit it is kinda nice having some alone time with all the babies sleeping and Bobby at work, its so quiet and peaceful and I have found that it is my best time of day for some much needed Bible studies. Now technically I am no longer a full stay at home mommy. Yes I have recently took a part time job where I use to work before I had baby # 1. I so enjoy getting out of the house and having a little time to myself. I think it is just what the dr ordered and also the money doesn't hurt either :). Next on the list is the house, yea it hasn't got much further than my last post, well any ways. Homeschooling is great!! Lindsey has learned so much this year, and Natalie has started pre school now which is great. Speaking of Natalie, she has been diagnosed with having verbal apraxia. This has been kinda hard to swallow at first when you find out something is going on with your child, even as minor as this, but we have her in speech therapy and her therapist is wonderful. She is so good about giving us homework to take home and practice and I just incorporate it with home school and it works out fine. I do wonder if I will ever hear her talk normal or hear her sing and other things but hey, I'm not complaining and I always did like a challenge. I am so thankful God blessed me with little Miss Natalie and I love her just the way she is and everything about her. It does face lots of challenges though, like learning to read will be a little harder for her and basic communication is what is tough now. I have taught Natalie lots of signs so she can communicate with us and she has picked up on them like a champ. She is such a little blessing!! And who could forget little Matthew, mabe not so little. He has four cute little teeth now and scoots everywhere, lets just say I am loving having a little boy! Well its been scattered, sorry, but that me :) Hopefully it wont take me so long to post next time. Well off to work I go. Till next time...

Sorry to hear about Natalie. She'll be fine! I had a kid with the same problem at the last daycare I worked at. He enjoyed his speech therapy sessions and was doing well last I heard. Let me know if you ever need any help during the day with the kids. I keep kids at home so it wouldn't be a problem at all. Good luck with your house. We're hoping to get our finished with our tax money. It's been long enough!
